What are the bags made from?
Our bags are made from recycled cotton braided cord with a polyester core, giving them a soft but structured feel. Each bag is finished with a press-stud closure to help keep your essentials secure.
How should I care for my bag?
We recommend gently hand washing your bag when needed. You can also use a 30°C hand wash programme if required. If machine washing, place the bag inside a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to help protect it during the wash. Reshape while damp and leave to air dry flat.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Each bag is made by hand according to the same design, but small variations in shape, tension and finish are a natural part of the handmade process. Colours may also differ slightly between material batches, so each piece may have its own subtle differences.
When will I get my order?
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. UK delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Delivery to the European Union usually takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on all orders. Delivery to Europe is £12.95.
